I became a therapist because I’ve experienced the impact of having a safe, supportive space to be yourself.

How I found my calling.
When I was a teenager, I found something I hadn't expected — a therapist's office where I could talk about anything without fear of judgment. That experience changed me. It showed me how powerful it is to have a space that truly belongs to you, where your thoughts and feelings are welcomed rather than dismissed.
That feeling stayed with me. It guided me through my education, my training, and into the work I do every day. I became a therapist because I wanted to give others what was given to me: a space that is genuinely safe, warm, and entirely yours.
Today, I work with individuals across Illinois, offering therapy both in person and through telehealth. My approach is collaborative at its core. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with insight, care, and practical tools as you move toward the life you want to create.
My approach to therapy.
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of meaningful change. Here's what that looks like in practice.
You set the pace
There's no timeline in therapy. We move at the speed that feels right for you, always.
No judgment, ever
This is a space built on radical acceptance. Whatever you bring into the room is welcome here.
Evidence-based and individualized
I draw from proven therapeutic approaches and tailor every session to what works specifically for you.
Holistic, whole-person care
I consider your emotional, cognitive, physical, relational, and life context to support lasting well-being.

Outside the office.
When I’m not in session, you can find me exploring Chicago neighborhoods and new restaurants with my partner and our baby girl, taking walks with our dog, or enjoying time outdoors. I love to travel and believe that real growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones—whether that’s in the therapy room or in a new place.
Think we might be a good fit?
The first step is just a conversation. I'd love to hear what brings you here.
